^It keeps looking at me in that way from the Aggrotrader website. There was a Proton Satria Sprint giving me the glad eye from that vicinity too, which seems to have flounced off with another. For £300, it might as well, shameless hussy.

This looks a much classier bit of Oriental action tho'; hmm... I have potential a potential purchase ongoing, but this just went to the top of the list.

Funny, I hadn't even thought about the old Xedos, until I spotted one t'other day. Now this turns up? Omen-tastic.

If you did that, you'd want 2 foot long trumpets poking up throught the bonnet too. Obviously the beige and plastic trims would have to stay.

If we stay with the pointless V6 theme, there's a £300 MX-3 V6 that I like the look of. I don't think I could actually bring myself to buy it, but the prospect of a one-eight V6 for not much coin is a tempting one.

Even though everyone (and I mean EVERYONE) tells me that MX-3s are complete gash. So gash they make 480s look amazing.

I test drove an MX-3. It was pretty underwhelming, yet I still find myself wanting one. Very odd.

As above, bar the "still wanting one" bit. It left me stone cold.

My dad had a brand new MX3 for 3 years as a company thing in 1993 (iirc). It was fucking ace, but then after a couple of years, it seemed to go gutless and never went the same. Went to the main stealer a few times and they reckoned it was fine, so at the end of the lease he just handed it back. Was tight in the back though. I would have been 13 and we (ma_tone, pa_tone, et me) went to Belgium for a few days in it. My enthuiasm waned quite quickly. There's no windows for rear passengers, unless you count leaning back and peering through the side bit of the wraparound rear deck. Pretty cool though. And made a good noise.

Read the listing first ... it needs a new head gasket, possibly a radiator and at least one driveshaft.

What a dreamer! No MOT and he wants £1500? That's seriously tidy Dyane money.

Get a screen from that nutter in Yorkshire I should think, or off Leboncoin.

It was in my watch list too, mine's costing more than that one in welding alone.

Hey, someone save this lovely old bus from being sent round the track, which is where it'll end up soon with a BIN of £795. I know these things hide rot well, but it deffo looks too nice to go out in a blaze of glory just yet. Been someone's daily driver for the last year, still has enough test on it to get you home but listed as 'spares or repairs' in the normal cars for sale bit. Seriously, someone get on it, it looks a proper honest old thing.

Now apparently with 12 months MOT at same price,

This thing is only 10 miles away from me, somebody please buy it before I can,

am utterly potless at moment, have no reason at all to buy it, nowhere to keep it etc

but v tempted to go round just for a look

Re the Victor: MOT still to the end of this month, it's the road tax that's 12 month.

RE the 604 screen - Uroglass in Bromsgrove would be able to do you one for way less than Gary in his Brummie fun van (seals and hammers).
