What's your avatar?

Looking at some posts recently (and following on from 'what's your link') I just wondered what people's avatars are. Mine's actually a pic of a T shirt I had airbrushed at a show. I must get the pic put on an ordinary shirt, as I don't wear the original in case it gets spoiled in the wash. Aside from that, I am scared the Ford snipers will get me !

Mine is a picture taken by Jonny Valenta in 1988. It's me desperately trying to change an engine so I can get to work that evening. Everybody except the guy with the axe was just getting in the way. The axeman stood on the inner wings and suspended the engine while I stood in the engine bay and guided it into place. Once that was accomplished he joined the others in the arduous task of getting in the way.

 

Incidentally I'm pretty sure Tayne's Suzuki Jeep once belonged to the axeman.
