Maxi 2 maybe?

V was about the era they introduced the Maxi 2, also had a series 1 HLS grille.

Could be the old Duffer did it up using what he could get

Maxi 2 was launched in 1980, that yellow car was registered December 1979.

Current keeper since 1998, when it must have been worth about £20.

Out and about at work last week I spotted this bringing the tone to an acceptable level while delivering a bin on a private estate in the Witterings

And on the way home from shopping yesterday afternoon I saw this beauty.

Gilbern?

Yes, either a Genie or an Invader. It was a G plate which was when they changed models. I’m not 100% on these.

It’s very much in use. Was smoking around Selsey & Sidlesham at lunchtime today.

The lack of tat has been a little disappointing so far. I got overtaken by an old boy in a Renault Extra on the Autobahn from Munich (I was doing 140km/h which in a VW T-Roc 1.0 is unadvisable).

Only other spot so far has been this little two stroker.

In Germany.

Express in France.

The volumes of observed tat has been disappointingly low. I was half expecting something squirrelled away in one of the side roads.

Plenty of these Piaggio Apes buzzing around like their namesakes.

Also this Rascal-like contraption called a Porter. Chinese?

Branded Piaggio, there is a tie-in with the Foton group, part of BAIC

My 4 days here are done. Have a week off work to recover. Barely any tat about. Plenty of future chod such as Dacia Joggers and a couple of Ssangyong Rectums, but nearly everything was late model stuff.

Rarer than a rare thing. I had a Husky years ago, but the vans?

Very tidy mk1 Mundano spotted in the wild at Bognor Sainsbury’s. The high number of giffers doing their shopping it’s highly likely it belongs to one of them.

Had to go out on a round on Friday. Hidden tat seems to be rarer and rarer.

However:

IMG_5004.jpeg.913d15e86f63083660d937036a042e51.jpeg

A selection of E30s at Heath End near Petworth;

IMG_5002.jpeg.325be1c9f46b6b400674e7742b73773d.jpeg

A hidden XR4i/4x4/mk1 Cossie in some long grass in Bignor;

And a disheveled Maxus growing rare species of mould in Ebernoe.
