When I bought the Gold Medal Edition in 2010 it at least had the decency to get from Carlisle to Northants without difficulty.  The breakdown was saved for a few days later when the points disintegrated. 

Will this be an AA fix and get home or a recovery?  Good luck either way.

Probably. Herr cms put 51 litres in to a smaller than 51 litre tank and it has done 70 miles since it's last MoT in July 2018
