Ah, but what's the red thing?  I can see it's an MG-facsimile kit car, but there are lots of those and that one doesn't quite seem familiar.

Any idea what the vehicle below this giant bottle of beer is? We're on Scotswood Road for the Blaydon races centenary, which I think makes it 1962.

Found a colour image with what looks like a Seddon badge on the grille

and a black and white shot

Truck Photo - Bass & Co Pale Ale Bottle Van - TOM888 - 1950s Seddon Mark 7P | eBay

This is an original lightweight glossy black & white photo (size approx 3½" x 5½") of TOM888, a promotional advertising vehicle built in the 1950s on a Seddon 7P bus chassis in the shape of a beer bottle to promote Bass Pale Ale.

The DVLA regard it as Ford Cortina coupe. One of those things that could end up on a Q plate.

If wikipedia is to be believed, there were some of these in Finland. Would love to know how many have survived if any.

The Bellett was the first Isuzu to be exported to Europe, when a thousand cars were shipped to Finland in January 1965. Isuzu entered The Swiss market after exhibiting at the 1965 Geneva Salon.[5] The Finnish importer also marketed Alfa Romeos and Jaguars, and accordingly used racing as their main advertising method. The Isuzu Bellett was the first Japanese car to be regularly imported to Sweden.[6]

Imagine being in Isuzu's boardroom... 'Where in Europe shall we first try selling our cars? Somewhere with a large population, clement weather, an extensive road network and motoring infrastructure? Or Finland?'

This could go in the railshite or one shite per post threads, but what is the shooting break?

Could it be a Hillman?

for context the photo is labelled - 'Royal Aircraft Establishment 'Invincible' built in 1915 is crossing a road in Farnborough 11/05/1966'.

The eagle eyed would have the Skoda 1000MB on the other side, a rarity then and now.

It looks like a European Ford to me, Ford 7W or 7Y or Anglia? Could also be Eifel but it's German so doubtful.

Found this so UK Ford woodie was a thing.

It looks a bit like the one in your link except for the wooden frames around the drivers door.

That looks like a Sit Up and Beg Ford Popular that has had a coach built Shooting Break body fitted. There were various builder back in the 1950s of this sort of thing.
