eddyramrod
Worry about me then, Sudsprint. I'm beginning to think I've stumbled into the "ebay Bargains" thread by mistake! However I am feeling serious need to slacken my jeans after reading that Honda Acty listing. I drove one of those (with van body) for a little local bakery 35 years ago... tooSavvy
phil_lihp
Hah, that coach belongs/belonged to a firm in my town, they operate out of an old railway shed and haven't got a single one that's newer than about 2000. They seem to be slowly clearing out their really antique ones, I think this one was the one that was sat in the road outside their shed the other day leaning precariously to one side, I think it's probably been pretty well used up. Cavcraft
This looks a better bet http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/AEC-RELIANCE-COACH-/221368501733?pt=UK_Minibuses_Buses_Coaches&hash=item338a9745e5 Until you've spent a couple of sweaty, itchy head-rested hours going round Knowsley Safari Park in something like this in the early 1970's then you have no idea how misery and awe could ever be combined. Apart from perhaps having to listen to U2 records as you're shagging Emma Bunton in a broken lift. cms206

Cavcraft
Want free fuel? Simply attach this to a tanker, pull up to your local refinery and tell them you're 17 years late to collect a full tank of diesel for 'erm, err, you know that garage near that motorway' It's a ruse that simply cannot* fail and before you know it you'll be half way home with 37,500 litres of Costimax. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1997-FODEN-330-4X2-TRACTOR-UNIT-DAY-CAB-SPRING-SUSPENSION-/181313671633?pt=UK_Commercial_Trucks&hash=item2a372311d1 'I was so fed up with my life that I started reading the dictionary from beginning to end. wuvvum
Hmm. The Bedford 500 diesel put out about 150bhp, and a quick Interweb search has revealed that the AEC 760 engine was derated to 165bhp in coaches. Neither of those vehicles will therefore pose any threat to rice pudding skins. Cavcraft
