That XM is on my watch list!

An XM estate is a big motor to be fair!

An XM estate still only takes fifteen mins to wash properly!

I think its worth a look, and poss a cheeky offer if it does seem ok.

If the advert's anything to go by he doesn't value the car highly .. otherwise he might have washed it, taken better pics or written more than "runs and drives"

XM is ace, can't see it staying that cheap as it's an absolute bargain at the start money. Sales rep spec Cavalier is obviously effing fantastic but £495 with no MOT and a blowing exhaust makes it a tad salty.

That R18 Turbo is exactly my dream car when I was 8. Which, not coincidently was in 1981. :D

1.4i Belmont/Astra Saloon: quite possibly, but they also had a version with single-point injection rather thatn the multi-point as this one has.

ZX Volcane TD with immaculate history. Want.

Hmm no pics of the front end, and also it probably needs a back axle as that looks well saggy, I had to replace the axle on mine as the torsion bars had stretched, like I'm having to do on the xsara too...

That Fiesta is a "BARN FIND".

£275, submit best offer. It's cheap enough at the starting price and it's got the perfect gearbox for our South African friends. Buy it, run it home with a pre-booked MOT then get on the blower to your mate from Nigeria. Ching ching, KER-CHING!

Early Escrot Mk5 estate. The bank of want has rejected my request stating NO INTEREST, but someone else may like it.

The vendor and this scat went to sea

In a tarted up pea green V-DUB,

They took some drugs, and plenty of money,

Wrapped up in this hideous old tub.

Re: £395 Blue S80...

I was car hunting in Thailand and came across one of those, identical in every way, and it looked VALU at £8k.

Eight thousand British pounds FFS! And that was cheap compared to knackered old Cefiros and stuff.

20 times the price!

I wish there was a way to get UK cars there thru the back door.

I ended up with a (what the GB motoring public would consider shagged) 850 for £4k.

No mention of brake upgrade then [apart from braided hoses] Brakes were woefully crap with the 1100 cc engine!
