99p start Jag Special* I'm saying nothing, on the grounds it may further incriminate me. Witham, which is about 15minutes from Chelmsford. GR7 for @rob88h 1949 JAGUAR MK V / SPECIAL REPLICA 1920’s GRANPRIX RACER 4- SPEED | eBay

No expert on 1920s Jags, but did they really actually make one that looked like a wheelie bin, a Chesterfield settee, a fucking 45 gallon drum and the 8th hole of a crazy golf course all fused together with some chequer plate?

Dealer has got a decent replica XK140 and a "real" one, both 20 bags plus.

The fact this is starting at 99p makes me thing the dealer thinks it's a pile of rancid old dogwank.

Finally a beach buggy not made for california.

Soon to be seen at a coast near you, windows steamed up in the pissing rain whilst dad try's in vain to jolly along the cold, miserable family whilst they chow down greasy fish supper.

Lovely but pricey, I imagine someone will buy it at that but maybe the seller hasnt realised that VW scene tax doesnt quite apply to a nice audi 200 avant yet

Compared to an equivalent age and condition S124, e34 or 740 that’s a bargain and probably a better car , I’ve had a couple and the space inside is massive. I’m seriously considering going to look at this, but it’s the same spec and colour as the last one I had ( 6 years ago) for £400 so find the price difficult to swallow.

Incidentally if it was a 200 it’d be worth a lot more, not sure there are many 200s of any type left over here anymore, let alone Avants.

Of course I know what you are saying is absolutely correct,  I still have difficulty finding the right price point on some modern classics (or however you would describe it)

What was the difference between 100 and 200? Was it just an engine thing?

I think the 200 had the turbocharged engine.

EDIT: just seen that this is advertised as a 2 litre 5 cylinder, dunno if it’s the 1921cc with 100bhp, although later ones with 1994cc made 115bhp. The 2144cc  with 136bhp is much better.

The Audi 200 with its turbo 2144cc made 182bhp, the quattro coupe made 200bhp

I don't know why you would bother but I would love someone to chop the back doors out and turn that into a two door grand tourer.

may have slipped a cheeky bid on this.....

I'm sure that's been listed before. Sold, went back up on Gumtree for £1200 and now on Facebook......

I recall seeing it as someone's granddad's car before Christmas, but also for £500. Doesn't look a bad thing for the money.
