Has anyone driven one of these? I have fond memories from NFS Underground, but never had a chance to drive one. I read they aren’t really good.

I had an R/T one and it was pretty good other than the low rent interior .The r/t had a manual box though , not sure what the slush box is like .

I really need to find one to try, and definitely not buy it if I can’t find one to borrow. 🤣

Not a huge fan of these, but an early(ish) Mk1 Focus 3 door must be quite rare now

Most pleasing to see this. At first I thought it was one I used to see on a local farm at harvest time, but apparently not.

Also good to the Suffolk plate. Some years ago I had a Datsun which was JDX 350V.

Daimler DB18 Hooper Empress

Quote

This is a Hooper coachbuilt car, the first to use the "Empress" coachline, and one of 92 four-door saloon made, and one of a few survivors left worldwide.

The car is complete, runs and drives (in all gears), and steers and stops.

The Engine and gearbox are from the later Daimler model, the Conquest Century.
