This one is 'under offer' at £1300 (I think they mean it's a provisional sale but who knows?)
61 entries - 26 of them unsold/provisional - some of the reserve prices were looking high. At least they've dropped the online registration deposit to £250.

This one finally sold (it's at least the third time it's been through - so 6 months sitting around) at £1480 & fees.
