I'm pretty sure folks in here have had these. They're well known for it and even home repairs are not cheap.

Looks like a dealer , if he's selling it for that price I doubt it can be fixed without pushing it over market value 

Though I did buy a betamax video recorder in the 80s that had problems , dodgy picture on playback 

Got it home , found a tracking wheel under a little door , moved it , perfect picture so this could be the same or a fuse or something really cheap 

Or maybe not

Can only be a scam or someone desperately needing the space, there's several grand of parts in this. Naturally it's already gone.

Speaking about crazy undervalued cars, this complete 1963 Cadillac (sans engine) is back on ebay. Previously advertised at 2500 it struggles to get over a grand right now, which is mental considering how much this could be worth. Instant purchase had I a garage, there is so much money to be made.
