1964 Rover P5 Coupe £9,750

"Restored between 2019/21, beautiful condition”

That's been washed too much and has shrunk.

Looks like a well sorted Rover 75 at a sensible price. Sensible remap as well

If it's been welded properly and the rear arms have been done, along with low mileage injectors as the advert states then there's not a lot to cause you bother. £800 seems cheap for that privilege. Especially considering all the spares it apparently comes with

Shame about the crap pictures. The cherry on top for me would be if it's manual with leather interior ... 🤔

Yeah, is I'd spent a lot of time and effort restoring a car I'm not sure I would let it anywhere near Top Gear! 🤔

If it becomes completely impossible to get my LS400 back on the road then that's the sort of thing I need to look out for next year.

They're making a new (4T, obvs) version of these now. You were the absolute king of cool if you had one of these back in the day. Sadly, loads got had off and iirc you can convert a Lambretta using one of these engines. They didn't half go to be fair.

ITALJET DRAGSTER D180 LC - 2001- 10438 MILES | eBay

That is seriously, seriously tempting.

Is it the same engine in those as in the Gilera Runner 180?  Those were a seriously rapid scooter.  Dragster is a fantastic looking bike, but my experience with bikes with swing-arm front suspension is that they have a turning circle that would make a Series 3 Land Rover blush, so they're a bit pants for nipping through traffic.

IDK, to be honest but they quite possibly are.

Is that a 'Bratz' lowrider next to it? Cool bikes them.
