Some top anoraking about this car over on Facebook.  Apparently it's a press car - they never sold them in this colour, it's just that beige is the perfect colour for B&W Photography, hence a batch were beiged up.

This is bleak AF and really does belong in the Autoshite Fold.

That looks good actually. I like how they’ve got it ready to drive straight into the canal should it suffer an immediate melt down of some kind.

That is a plus point. It looks a bit like the Wendy chassis but I’m sure @chaseracerwill know. Mine has been on the aftermarket galvanised chassis now longer than the original Citroen one.

Pfft, not enough of a liability if it's "very fine", is it? Even cheaper and described as a "rough diamond", this manual, non-MOT'd, former cat S write-off C6 with various concerning issues and guesswork mileage will be a great test of bravery, skill, patience, and quite possibly one's bank account*.

The original chassis had full plated panels under the chassis legs from engine front back to the petrol tank. Some after market ones have some flat panels ( mine does) but many don’t bother. The one shown has rust so isn’t galvanised but certainly isn’t original Citroen so I’d put it as early 1990s.
