I owned this car 2008/9.  It's a right shame to see it like this.  

Picked it up in Tenbury Wells and drove in home to Bedfordshire.  It was nice and tidy then, took to plenty of shows.  Slow though, as it had the 18H three-bearing motor driving a Borg-Warner 35.

So I won the auction at £1075, but he is not willing to sell for less then £1800 incase anyone else is interested! Bit of a shame!

was there a reserve set? if not complain to Ebay that he isnt honoring the auction

Auction states 'reserve not met' so the owner isn't being unreasonable.

I personally love the little buggers and loved throwing the concept car about on GT4 as well as the i-MiEV on GT5. Both this & the EV would be damm tempting, although I've no idea how good/long lasting the EV in it would be long term over the 660 petrol.

The included HPI check says that it isn't imported... if thats anything to go by.
