It would seem not terribly difficult from NI to GB but a different story from the Republic; not impossible or anything but a whole new bunch of hoops. Have links to a thread somewhere else of current on the ground info of people actually doing it who know more.

cos ancient no vat and 5% duty but might not even be that cos old

Is there  a shortage on new adverts? Or are folks getting lazy and just posting repeats of what has been shown to us previously without checking the previous (recent) posts?
