Gold1971
I've seen that blingy 300SE at classic shows - you'd have to be pretty brave to be seen in it, but there's no doubting it's been fanatically cared for, and will be a superb car under all the crap! cort16
I'm having impure thoughts about this XJS over on RR. It's solid and cheap, which is a rare combination for one of these. I just can't quite figure out where I'd put it. Once I sell the saab I'd still be too short of space. I need to get a yard or a field or something.http://retrorides.proboards.com/thread/154478/jaguar-coupe-1987-livingston-scotland

I like this a lot. The usually bland styling is lifted by the sporty trim, the colour's spot-on and it's the hatch version. Plus it'll run forever and ever. Perfect. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1994-MK1-FORD-MONDEO-SI-RED-RS-BODY-KIT-immaculate-classic-/251312400428?pt=Automobiles_UK&hash=item3a8362e82c Not sure about the RS bodykit but it is (allegedly) original so can't hold that against it. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/LADA-RIVA-L-WHITE-/300938655389?pt=Automobiles_UK&hash=item461157769d I don't know what's going on here with the on-and-off red stripes and the incredibly vague description doesn't help. I can only think that Lenin would not have approved.

cort16
The only downside to those Hondas is they're furiously thirsty. The Civics seem to be the same that 1.5 v-tec I took to Spain last year was bloody awful on petrol.

My 2.0 CR-V was extremely thirsty, main reason I got rid of it really, that said, modern Peugeot ownership taught me that 20mpg is a lot cheaper than paying through the arse for constant repairs! Unfortunately, the vtec might be a superb engine but allegedly it doesn't like LPG conversions at all.
