Some would I'm afraid,  Others already have accounts. A nice russet brown wedge is on its way to the track (sold last week).

Well, if they have an account then maybe, but I can't see a banger boy coughing up for delivery, can you?

The wedge was an ordinary auction, wasn't it? I don't Copart was involved innthat one.

Might if they are from or have a contact in Bristol, The Wedge was from another auction ,not Copart as you say.

Copart are only delivering at the moment, no collections allowed due to C19. Sale is in Bristol 19 hours to go, bidding at £150 (reserve not met).

Hmmmm, I wonder what the delivery to Tamworth would be? I have a feeling it won’t be as cheap as I could get it from Shiply normally.

Apparently they add costs to everything, so if reserve is about £150 it is going to be an expensive parts car. I think it an auto with drive problems, so .....

That’s a shame, it ‘looks’ solid enough (I can hear the laughter from here) so would be worth a punt if it was cheap enough but I bet they ramp,up the delivery costs on top of everything else as well.

Look at the fackin' 2 & 8 of this. Definitely not shitter money @£50k, but I'd rather dress up as Jimmy Saville and hang around the boy scout jamboree than be seen anywhere near this.

You can get pretty much anyone with a recovery truck to collect from a Copart, but it would seem people get very, very pissed off with them due to having to wait round for absolutely ages when they get there. Some have stated they'll refuse to ever do Copart work again.

What's the delivery charges chief?

From the same seller, be like @Pete-M for £6999. Have a look at his stock, got a lot of weird Kei stuff, and some nice Volvo T5R's

That looks lowered to me. Probably on some impossible to replace JDM rollovers.

The Copart Maxi:

It will sell if it's a 'pure sale' (no reserve). But it's not, it has a reserve. £200 and not met. It's way too far for me plus this one looks like an auto which I'm not keen on.

At present the fees will be:

£120 + VAT buyer fee

Bidding fee £15 + VAT

Online bidding fee £15 + VAT

Loading fee £15 + VAT

So even if you win it for £200, it's actually £400. For a likely fucked Maxi which might or might not go forwards and backwards.

Deliovery will be £120+VAT at the absolute mininum.  So it's actually £550 +.

Fuck Copart.

I can't see anyone paying that, then having to source and fit a replacement engine and box, but hopefully I am wrong.

The loading fee is waved, if you have it delivered though. Big deal! :)

Very likely the case, I was referring to the non-Coronavirus days sorry.

£750 Porsche.  Is the lockdown starting to show up in some asking prices?

Looks alright to me. Seller says it’s a non-runner but it sounds like a fuel pump relay and a good service might well see it right.

He had that listed twice, too. One was a £400 start, no reserve iirc and with the 'submit offer' facility.
