Last time I collected a car from there, I got a puncture in my recovery truck and didn't have the allen key to remove the fancy metal wheel trim, so had to smash it off in the pissing rain using an HGV tyre lever and a hammer. If the coppers ever found the spot they'd have thought it was a murder scene as I lost about 86 pints of blood in the process.
