eBay tat volume 3.

I went out to buy an e34 or W124 Merc with £2000 in 2000 I came home with one of these on a K plate when the BMWs and Merc would have been F or G and pretty knackered . Mrs N was quite happy ( it was for her) but my oldest daughter burst into tears when she saw it and was absolutely gutted, not sure she ever forgave me.

Shes 30 now and had a few BMWs but never a Volvo...

Forgot to press quote!! I meant a Volvo 850 saloon not a Marina van

That Marina custom van was built from a nearly new van. I remember it from Street Machine around maybe 1983 / 84. It's still around, OMG. Had an Essex Ford 3-litre.

Yes, I also remember it being in SM. It seems to have survived the years remarkably well.

I always think a car advert is far more attractive with a nice backdrop and well written out description...

Must be rear , all the diesel Maestros I've seen had a 2.0 litre perkins engine in them. Maybe that one has the Maxi diesel engine.

On 30-Aug-19 at 15:41:52 BST, seller added the following information:

Two of these cars were brought into this country a white one and this one I have been lucky enough to own both The white one I rolled in 2007 and is crushed so this is only one left I know of.

First 'signed' car in this thread? (please don't ask who signed it. It is clearly so obvious that the seller felt no need to explain...)

DVLA says 1994cc, so prob not that rear. Though rear enough, obs.

Get on trend with this Style. £250 with some familiar clutch issues?

Obviously the correct response to needing a temporary everyday car whilst the Punto waits for welding repairs is to enquire about this City Rover with clutch issues and only one month's MOT.  So that's exactly what I've done.
