Woah.  Trip down Mammary Lane for me here.

 

My first ever car was  VW Polo 1.3 Formel E in THIS colour.  I've never seen another one in this kind of champagne hue - normally they're more Gold or more Silver.

 

if this was a Formel, then I'd buy it.  As it isn't, I reckon you should buy it.

The old biddy up the road from me had one of these in the 90's in hearing aid beige, I always thought it looked prehistoric compared to it's contemporaries. 

 

Quite like them now though.

My second car was an E reg white Polo 1.0 C like the one above. Awesome solid car that would go on forever, otherthan an unfixable auto choke problem. It was a big step up from the Clubman estate it replaced and at £1200 it pushed my motoring into 4 figures.

ETA. And really, I'd like to hope that if I ever had that kind of money spare to demonstrate my wealth and taste*, I would sit myself down and say, "nah, give it to charity".

There's a price someone called Fred is prepared to pay for 5...F given that he also owns 1F 2F 3F 4F AND 6F and owns 6 Skoda Faverits in his company's fleet of pool cars. £5 million starts the discussion.
