I'm sitting here pondering how stupid an idea it would be to buy another kia pride and put a B6 in it, when this appears.  Have we had this yet?

It is built on a strong box section frame with thick steel bodywork, which has been PROPERLY welded by a guy who really knows what he is doing. The hard work has really been done, as the front subframe / engine/ gearbox from a Kia Pride

Did the white Carlton estate that was marooned at Derek J. Ketteringham's ever sell? That's not it, is it?

Yes, I think it is that one.on its journey across the Irish Sea it seems to have lost its original hubcaps though.

taunus TC1/2/3 (mk3/4/5 cortinas) are very hard to convert from lhd to rhd or vice versa as the complete upper bulkhead/scuttle/dash all need un picking & equivalent welding in as they are mirror image pressing.

that one has been forsale since last year simpler to find a rhd one .

he'd be better selling it back on the continent.

Now this, to me at least, still looks like a modern coach.  Scary that it's 31 years old (and thus old enough to be driven on a car licence.  Note to self: do not go on eBay whilst drunk between now and Wednesday morning).

The perfect car for cruising alone or with a partner. It's a work of art to say the least and it certainly looks awesome in the driveway and when on the road.

It is currently being used for Photo shoots and Video shoots and if it is still with us on Valentines Day it will be used as a local ride for a Valentines Day ball

Yes I do. I looked at these a year or two ago. The metal frames inside the glassfibre rusts and expands cracking the plastic, this has to be cut out and repaired. Shame, cos I'd love one :(

If anyone is seriously interested in a GTA I have one available very cheap. It needs quite a bit of work and parts hunting but the chassis is pretty solid for one of these. It would make a great track or hill climb car.

Can people kindly jog on posting links to Calibras up, at least until I have some money? Thanks.

This has been on for about a month, getting progressively cheaper. WCPGW?

Well he says it will probably start with a good tow, which as we know is the best way to get any diesel to fire into life

LOLZ that Cortina is appalling, its absolutely bulging with patently obvious wob on every surface!!!! What a shit heap. He’s selling it on the basis that its been fully restored – my eyes see something in need of a full restoration.

Wow! Right engine (Petrol), decent milage and looks good condition*.

I utterly genuinely would if it wasn't for this inconvenient fact:
