eBay tat volume 3.

Some knobber named Wayne bought this within 6 hours of it being posted. I thought I was being polite to wait until the morning rather than calling at 11.30pm.

It's now back on gumtree with shitter photos and a poorly worded advert for a cool £850.

Be warned- this ad contains all the 'timewarp' bollocks that'll make you want to punch the amateur 'weela-deala' seller.

Edit: I also realised I used to work in this village's practice round the corner, and that merc in the background consequently hasn't moved in 4 years.

A 306 estate dizzler's shown up on my manor for £395 firm.

However it's X reg, so doesn't that mean it's HDI?

Let me know if anyone wants the details.

I'm strangely drawn to these though I have no use for one. This one looks ok.

I posted this yesterday when the price was £1450, quite a lot for a Panda I thought. Today it's not £1450, it's £4500! WTF?

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, they say. An "improved" 260z.

That yellow Delta HPE is my old one ... I never really gelled with it, I should have kept the Thema I had with the same engine.

Same seller, same story, you wait ages and two come along at once.

"barn find, used every day up until two years ago when seller gave up his licence"

I was going to import one from France next month until I quoted the VRT. Eye watering

I can imagine the thinking behind that rear window conversion "Bugger I've broken the rear window, they must be really difficult to get hold of, I know, I'll just cut this piece out of the side of a caravan and shove it in there."

Which branch of the Military had that, then? 13th CatFlap Division?

I like the axe-shaped hole in the tailgate, too.  Sadly it appears to have been made from the outside, or that would definitely betoken an interesting story.

Edit:  Do people still say 'betoken'?  Or am I just stuck in the 18th Century?

How's your artistic eye?  Mine's alright; I can paint skirting boards and care enough not to get paint on the carpet and I can sometimes judge what colour shirt goes with my trousers.  But I know my limitations, if someone asked me to paint a portrait it would look like the person was in the early stages of having a stroke.

What if your artistic eye was terrible, what if your eye was like Marty Feldman's?  You wouldn't attempt to style your own car, would you?

Someone did.  If this is what a Derby Bentley looks like to you, I suggest you throw away the glasses and go straight for the golden retriever and white stick.

This one is better, I remember reading about these GTOs based on a 240Z when I was about 17.  Looked pretty good but the idea of basing a kit car on something difficult to find was a bit puzzling, perhaps that's why they never sold many?

But it's still a bit of a looker, perhaps the best thing about it is you could drive it looking like that on the outside, faded paint and all.

Looks like the bloke who made the Derby Bentley had a go at this version
