Hmm. given that those Astons are anything from 80k upwards, I can't help wondering what happened to the rest of it? is it in some wine bar looking like its driven through the wall?

I imagine for the sort of person who can afford to own one that tiny ding on the wing was enough to warrant chopping the entire front end off and having the whole thing replaced with shiny new metal by Rod Jolley or someone.

But seriously, it's off a DB6 (not a DB5 like the seller seems to think) which until VERY recently were only worth a tiny fraction of the 4/5's value.

I don't know about Jolley but the best thing to happen to that is for some big fat fucker to a Rod Hull and use it as a landing pad.

That Volvo is wickedly tempting, despite the (non-)colour...

What a f*cking turd. Any graphics on that are bad enough, but a half arsed ST replica job with some other shit thrown on it can only make it worse.

"Here for sale is my everyday classic car. Although it has served me very well in the 5 years I have owned it the time has come for me to buy a newer car to use everyday. The Acclaim is in very good condition, not pristine, drives very well and comes with MOT to Aug2012 and Tax till Oct 2012, an accumulation of bits and pieces and douments etc. Included is a DVD of a 1997 Top Gear programme that the car featured in. (Google topgear triumph acclaim to see video) Will probably SORN at end of May if not sold. "

Fuck me, an Aska Irmscher! I have a J's YES ISUZU SPORTS THE (actual title) with these in. If you ever hankered after a Mk 2 Cavalier with a Lotus tuned chassis, you could have one. The 3 spoke wheel I had on my Piazza came out of one of these.

Oh aye, came from the factory with crusty door bottoms and mis-matched touch up paint on the doors, did it?

Oh, hang on....

That early gold Cav is awesome, just shows how far off the mark BL were in the early 80s when Vauxhall were turning out such as this and the Astra. I'd love one on an X-reg.

Mind you, that'll be the least of this car's problems when the usual rubber and plastic VW owner buys it.
