I'm tempted. It looks like it's done practically no miles since 2006, just to and from the test station.

I'd just be buying it right now if i had the space. You dont get those at that price anymore.

Also, love the keys stuck in ignition comment - They obviously dont know about saabs put it in reverse interlocking key safety thing 🤣

Yeah. I’ve risked divorce by messaging him. We’ll see.

Decent yard that, they often sell old cars they've pulled in.

That's crying out for a fast run round a short oval. It's already got the internal tank & roll bar....

Probably along with you and the entire classic car community, either foolishly cheap or a scam.

Well, there’s been no answer to my message, so he’s probably drowning in messages if it’s genuine. Handy really as the last thing I need is another project.

Shouldn’t this be in the numberplate thread? It looks like the seller has is own private plate on it, very apt.

The seller is called Giles, he lives in London and has his own lock-up garage. He's probably out lighting cigars with £100 notes and sucking Dom Perignon out of a stripper's minge.

At least the seller has made it easier for the new owner to take it around the oval. I don't usually like to see a classic wrecked on the track but for this one, I'm assuming it was a total rotter before Leepu started his work and no great loss.

Oh, hang on... here's the Rover in 2023...
