hah very interesting to see one of those show up :) but they are not an Invalid Carriage, the Stanley Engineering Co Harper invalid cars are a much later development which is not in any way related to that machine,, they are named such because Stanley Engineering co had become a subsidiary of C E Harper Co :)

If it's spec racing you don't need lots of power, just the same as the rest of the grid.

Some of the best racing I've seen is a whole grid of bog standard Citroen C1s going round Knockhill. It was basically full contact racing they were that close together.
