This used to be in ford UK's Dagenham collection then when the plant was closed they sold it !!!!

Could never understand that???

A unique car built for the son of the company founder so they sold it but kept some of the less significant stuff??

Obviously lack of storage space must've been a big problem.

Another shoddy shadow. £2k. Sounds like head gasket has gone.

Saw that advertised, just down the road from me too. If only it had the wacky dashboard

A nice Toyota crown Comfort Here

I went to view it from the last seller who I backed out of due to the fact the owner lost the v5, so I imagine this current owner bought it and took the risk.

It has mysteriously gained a defectless mot since I've looked at it and gone to the other end of London.

It has not been taxed in two years, seemed to be taken off the road in 2022 when it had a accident as it was declared a category N. (which the seller is not declared). Since then it's gone through at least two owners but never officially gone back on the road.

Annoyingly I really wanted to buy it but was not willing to take the risk on a car with no v5 that was possibly stolen. Apprently the current owner has obtained a v5  but vehicleenquiry.service.gov states the last v5 issue was in 2022 so he must be selling it under the name of the previous owner.

I would be intrested in it but the guy is accepting offers over £2000 more then what it was for sale for a couple weeks ago (the asking price, I'm sure he paid less), i wish I could get away with that kinda selling strategy!

And the radio is broken. Lol

Edit: car was pretty much mint  other then missing badges and a badly painted wing to be honest.

Seeing a hybrid drivetrain in this is quite a strange sight. I'd be worried about the batteries being end of life, as usual.
