I think the later Saviem SC10 is related to these as they both became part of Renault in the 1970s. You are right about the engine, It's a MAN unit on its side under the driver's floor. I have a Norev plastic model of one bought from a shiter on here and which was a lot bigger than I thought when I opened the box!

its a  1 owner , 220 petrol in Birmingham for £1500.  I’m just pricing up getting a pair of wings and painting them .

The paperwork states it is a Piaggio TL2M1.  Searching also brings up the vehicle as a Piaggio ACAM Galassia.
