Not a Suzuki Swift, but a Solectria Force EV - for £500

And it works! (sort of)

This has me worryingly tempted and has terrible investment written all over it.

On a semi serious note does anyone here know anything about replacing the batteries?

Imagine buying an Escort over one of them back in 95 or whatever an M plate was.

All you need is a pallet in the back and a cliff

Carvers, used to work just across the fence from them. They had one or two really crap looking old buses shoved down the side. Also, in their fenced off area is an Astra Mk3 GSi that @DavidB I think tried to buy, but they wouldn't sell. Think they also have a 740 or 940 estate languishing about, too.

Fancy calling this pile of miserable old bollocks a 'Mexico'. That's proper barrel scraping from Ford to try and rid the memory of these dreadful cars.

I would feel SUCH a massive bell end driving that MX-5 thing.

I don't have a massive bell end so can't be your passenger. Thanks for the offer though :)

Cheap fairly late 1st gen CTS with the right engine, low miles but cosmetically challenged. I really like these, but after having sat in one of them, it was probably the most disappointing interior Ive experienced, crazy considering this car resurrected Cadillac in a way.

Cadillac don't seem to be making RHD cars anymore, though. For the tiny numbers that they sell here, factory-built RHD isn't worth the candle.

Dealers like Clive Sutton are resorting to having newer ones converted to RHD at considerable expense.
