that engine is WOEFULLY poor on fuel, i had a passat 2.3 v5 it struggled 18 mpg & didnt have the power to back it up.

Remember when these came out? Russell Bulgin got in one and drove it up the A1, across the A69 then back down the M6/M40 (I think) in a day going round loads of motorway services to check out its sales rep-ability.

I'm sure that was only about half that price last time round.

That Cambridge is gorgeous, I remember drooling over it at the Farina 50th at Stanford Hall as I'd not seen an Orchid one before. Out of my league though

It went for 500 quid in the end. The new owner has no real interest in Citröens and wants to make a fast buck out of it; the eejit admitted as much when he pitched up on the CCC Farcebook page just now to ask what the car was worth!!!
