I reckon there's probably quite a few of those used as a shed within a shed "unfinished project". I like the statement that there is no log book but it has a number plate. I have an old number plate on top of my filing filling cabinet, I don't have a vehicle or v5 relevant to it though.

That's about as enforceable as the laws against smoking cannabis. All it takes is for a French national to act as frontman for a foreigner, and the thing's as good as out of the country.

Mercedes T1 horsebo11ox in Cornwall.  This one is a 2.3 petrol so has at least half a chance of getting out of its own way, although it probably does about 8mpg while doing so.
