Possibly should go in the eBay thread but who wants this beauty?

Bloody hell!  That looks unnatural.  Even when brand new they did not look as smart.

I think this has been floating around on the eBay thread for a couple of years, seem to remember it started life in Portugal.

+1 to what RayMK and NorfolkNWeigh have said.

If I were loaded and had a big family I'd be buying that for my misses for the school run.

So, from reading the dealer blurb, all its previous owners have either died horribly or suffered terrible debilitating illnesses after taking it on, which is why it has such unusually low miles...

Indeed, unless there's another mintola delivery mileage doom blue LHD sherpa minibus floating about in internetland.

Motors like this must be so hard to shift. The audience for a high price, low mileage, fantastic condition LHD Sherpa that was crap when new must be pretty limited.

I'd imagine most that want can't afford and most that can afford don't want.

Ah'm oot.

It's waiting for it's next victim / owner.

86 miles ffs. Not 86k.

Cue Hammer House Of Horror / Tales Of The Unexpected theme music.

It even has Rover P6 'play roulette with the devil' hubcaps.

You could kick a huge dent in the side and within 30 seconds it'll have popped right back out.

Just look at it in the pics. Waiting . . . .

Crap when new? That's what the whole of the British car industry was based on*, and us Brits loved our shit cars.

I'm with Wollydobbler - I'd be more than happy to have it in my virtual barn of bizarre.

That would be odd given Malta is RHD...

It's entirely feasible that;

a) I'm misremembering the advert, or,

b) the author of the advert I'm remembering was a blithering idiot who made it all up.

Looking at it's pictures even gives me the willies. Running them through my spectral analysis app on my phone shows: it's fucking haunted mate.

Serious Sherpa horn here (not in a man love way you understand). There was one of them for sale here recently - which is unusual enough, but it was also mint. Ex hospital transport or something.

Me likey.

Maybe that's why it didn't sell.

Sherpas were not crap. They weren't as useful as a Transit or CF because they were quite narrow being based on the J4. The 2.0 O Series versions went quite well and they were certainly robust.
