I think these are good cars for giving the illusion of having taste and cash without spending any of the latter.

I know what you mean, they seem to age well and hold together sufficiently to appear respectable.

 

Although the design isn’t a work of art it manages to be ‘timeless’ in so much as it appears to still look like a modern car, despite the age of the original blueprint.

 

Later Edna’s are of course excepted, God knows what they were thinking.
