My steed for collection - the filthy passat. No gratituous images of station platforms, train tickets or pastries that should carry a government health warning.

Only a short trip - no pictures of central Warrington - the less we see of Warrington the better.

Wish me luck.

Mission abort!

Car has noisy a/c compressor - I could have taken it and brought it back for a new one to be fitted but I have asked for the vehicle to be repaired first.

I will collect it on Friday.

Apologies gents.

Holy thread resurrection!

Due to the weather only limited photos.

I now own this -

post-4771-0-81974600-1537541924_thumb.jpg

2004 bmw 545 auto. 85k on the clock. Slightly unusual spec - beige leather, sunroof, m sport wheels. All books and spare key.

Car had a few things prior to sale - oil change, front tyres, brake booster, breathers and an air con compressor.

It drives very nicely - very quiet and more feedback than my previous A6.

Too early to tell what fuel economy is however I did something very pistonheads on the way home - it got shell v power which I have never used before.

For what it cost me I could have bought a nine year old focus. However life is short - I have thought bollocks to it andtaken the plunge. It is much more special that the 535d I looked at.

I just need to find out where everything is and how the i drive works.

The first words that popped up in my head (in large neon letters) were "fucking hell!!".

That looks amazing! Is it fast, mister?

That is a great looking car, you can’t beat the beige and wood Beemer interiors.

Feck. That drivers seat looks a beautifully sumptuous place to rest those melon sized bollocks of yours. Nice.

Love that. The interior and the wheels look spot on. Mudflaps too. Would but balls too small.

Surely you need an estate version for your fucking enormous knackers?

Epically done.

Lovely! I was looking at similar age 7 series as I really like them and they are cheaper than any other comparable car of the same age etc. Then I had a brief flash of clarity and wondered why? Now I know about 7 Series reliability (or lack thereof) and so forgot the idea, The 5 series seems to be a much better choice and prices are correspondingly higher - bumhats! Shame I always like such big cars (tiny willy) and suffer financially as a result.

Yours looks gorgeous. Can I put my name down for a couple of numbers in the raffle?  :)
