Too slow with the spot camera today. I just saw a Maestro van, Volvo 740 and Dodgy Tom within 300 yds.

Thanks chaps

I like Placebo but not enough to get the reference. I did indulge when younger and I'm fairly sure FTP will be involved somehow.

Currently sat at Kidderminster waiting for the train to Dorridge.

The train is here, smallest child is in the toilet changing into long trousers in case it's cold up north.

Good to meet another of the 'bredren', Rich is a top guy with cool children too! It made a change to have enough time to have a cup of tea and a natter rather than rushing straight off to meet some deadline.

A1, top buyer, would sell again, etc etc etc.

It runs very well. I need to fix the aerial, adjust the clutch and replace a tyre but it's great for hooning about.

Many thanks to Spartacus for collecting me from the station and supplying me with an ace little car.

So, CITW HQ really is the land of the Rovers at the moment then? Seeing as mine is still lurking, and an ex-mine...

Looks like a fun day out!

that is a very cheerful headliner, well done sir!

Rover R3 is an ace little car, we had both a 214 one and a Rover 25 version.

the 214 was the better of the two, when the inevitable OMGHGF happened that one repaired ok at the first attempt, the 25 one didn't.......

That's a good way to jazz up the black interior for almost zero pence. Approved!

Superb!  Can you make me one of those for the Rover of Doom for my birthday?

I can just picture you at a busy junction wrapped in that flowery fabric, just as you realise that you forgot to tighten up all the screws...

It will be interesting to learn if PVA is up to the task.  That fabric is appalling, I'm disappointed I don't have a shirt made of it.  Nice job.
