Sadly, I'm already out of my depression... some animals, couple of captions et voilà. Sometimes, even just the animal will do.

I got myself an interview for a fairly major promotion. And without fapping myself off too much over it, I'm perfect for it.I'm panicking now, but chuffed I even made it this far :) Better go shopping for a shirt and tie now!

I know, I'll need it. I just get really wound up and clammy, really feel out of my depth and alien... when buying shirts.The interview should be fine though ;)

Hey good luck Pillock! I felt good today helping a guy out of the shop who has trouble walking.Poor bloke, must be no older than 30 but he has trouble walking and talking. I dont know why, it might be because of a car crash, but it makes me sad because hes clearly smoking his life away. And hes proper nice, really thankful for the smallest of things. Im only too happy to help, if I can make it easier for him, then I should.Oh this is meant to be happy isnt it?

GO ON THE PILLOCK!Promotion is good. Unfortunately I will probably never know that experience again...

:lol::lol::lol::lol: You did make pretty much everyone else smile with your result against the BinDippers recently don't forget.*Also things could be a LOT worse, you could be a Chester City supporter. Trust me it's looking bloody bleak at the moment :(

:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol: Think we all appear to support crap teams here (those of us who like footy). Wouldnt have expected anything less!

This morning I got a quote back on a full stainless exhaust to be made up and fitted on the Laurel. Opted for "along the lines of the standard one, quiet", because I'm BORING.Given the length of the car and the system itself, I was expecting the quote to be a right kick in the teeth. Turns out to be fairly reasonable considering, quite chuffed really! Brightened up my morning somewhat anyway.Might get it done next payday or something.

Hey, not a bad day really (except for the cold callers bit):Cavette junior seems to be impressing the people at the garage he's working at on a trial basis, comes home covered in oil and actually manages to smile.Malasian dogwank mobile has been to local garage to have the random shit running/EML light on problem looked at and it was only some incredibly manky spark plugs.

Tim Minchin - Mitsubishi Colt. It's brilliant, though you have to wait a bit for the Colt to be mentioned. I can happily spend hours watching his stuff on You Tube and when I can be bothered, I will buy his live DVD.

Went to see Laura Veirs at Academy 3 the other night with a colleague. On my seconded team, folk indie was king. I prefer my shouty shit always, but I knew some of her stuff, and went along.

Really good. The rest of her band were the support acts as well, so GR8 VALUE for the organisers.

She's a lot fitter 'for real' as well....and she's a lot older than I thought. :oops::oops:

The Half Man Half Biscuit album "CSI Ambleside". Genius.Also contains the aptly named "National Shite Day", which makes me think in beige for 4 minutes of giggling.
