That JC Ferrari video is downright bizzare towards the end, methinks not part of the original feature..... I spy an Evening Standard liveried Leyland Daf 200 in that video, I remember them! Quite an amazing amount of different cars on the road, in some respects London is still like that.

I remember seeing the Alfa pic at 3:41 in the Rust in Piece section of PC a couple of years back. In fact I believe it was taken by our very own Rootes_Arrow_1725.

Check out this geezer firing up an old Perkins V8 diesel engine which he has got propped up on his driveway on a few blocks of wood etc.

 

 

Great engines these it seems, apparently they are unusually revvy and un-torquey for a diesel due to having a short stroke design and they always smoke like a bastard. Sadly look a bit big to go in pretty much any car apart from perhaps some ridiculous yankee land barge.

Revisiting the music of my youth I came accross this

 

Some wierd religious thing with some wierd (drug adled) rock music.

The band's 80's music was odd,which I liked at the time but their 90's stuff is more mainstream
