Rang up about this p100 yesterday, the seller is some old geezer who refers to the truck as a 'he'! 'What are you going to do with him, he's a good old truck' etc. I am quite looking forward to scooping it up I must say.Plan is just to use it during a load of work on the Bo11ox tat musem later on in the year, also might try a bit of low speed A-framing with it of course. then probably punt it on unless I get very attached to it, which I might.

Referring to a truck as he? how silly! We all know they are all girls....

Whats the plan with the Boll museum of tat? Planning on opening up soon with exhibits hidden behind a velvet rope, ice creams for a fiver and "no flash photography" signs?

Hey Michiel-hows Florrie?125p was 'agreed' a year ago-circumstancesjust stopped me getting there.Kindly seller-on here-waited for me. How nice is that?Car is exactly as described- and will be road legal shortly- when I will endeavour to hoon around with my elbow out the window, and dogs in the back. Spiffing!

Spiffing indeed! Florrie's (I hope, haven't seen her/him in weeks) fine, 'new' wings should get picked up tomorrow, hope to put them on sometime next week and then to the garage for some legalizin' action. Two weeks off to, beginning tomorrow! Progress will be reported in the Florian thread.

Very special, first of the injected pintos. Why doesn't he scrappage it though :lol::lol:

That Sierra S is lovely! My uncle used to have one of those on "tick" in the mid/late 80s, however he failed to keep up the repayments, so it was seized from him. Better luck next time.

Thankfully it doesn't seem to have an MOTSure i've got a Ford 'Cars' Brochure with one of these on the front.

Bloody lovely that Sierra S.. looks like he wants monster money for it though from what he says in the ad.

Could be of interest for someone on here, not in the best of conditions, but a runner (apparently) 99p start, no reserve, apparently if you win it your allowed as many as spares that the seller has as you want, and its an A reg!

If only that was in Ottershaw, alas it's in Cornwall and I can't be arsed!

I really hope not, seeing as there are people out there who are (bravely) prepared to preserve an old base spec RWD Escort because they like it just the way it is. And then brick themselves when taking it anywhere in case it gets pikeyed when their back is turned for 2mins.

The Ebay trader Tyre-Sure, The one that sell's 'Life on Mars type of cars' is closing down and he has posted a video on youtube showing what he is selling.

Some proper stuff on there like a Peugeot 305 Diesel, Renault 9 Broadway and a few Cortinas.

Mk1 Estate, It's stunning, wonder how much this one makes?

Well that made £2000 which doesn't sound to bad considering it's the Doctor.

Although he's made a nice £1500ish profered from it...

Expect this to be rallied within the year.
Call us all old cynics but I have to agree. Either that or have its guts ripped out to become a Lotus donor shell. My heart sinks every time I see base spec cars that had successful motorsport careers in tip top condition because the chances of it never seeing light of day again in this form are usually pretty high. Motorsport bods seem to be prepared to lash out a lot more cash than you or I would for cars like this. :(

How cool is this?
