So, this has appeared on ebay.

A sort of madness has come over me that I'm tempted to bid on this....

If I did, it could not come to my house.

Does the collective have any leads on long term storage for a probably dead Rancho???  Any location.

TIA

Buy it first, ask questions L8RZ. Good luck.

Why do people start listings then add photos later?

Rancho hog!

Sadly for this seller, I suspect the only two people stupid enough to take on a shagged Rancho already just did. Mind you, if one of them is stupid enough to buy two...

Fraid I can't help with storage as my shed is full, and won't get any emptier before this chap's collection deadline.

White, you say? Running enough to get onto a Transporter? If that stays under a fiver I will buy it, fix it up and put the rainbow stripes on it like the corgi one.

Meh.  These are a bit "every day" for me.

I'd rather bid on something with a bit of rarity value.  Like a Ford Focus.

Remember the days when these were rare...?

I am kind of tempted with one of these but those neat little piles of rust on the shelf below the dash are a bit worrying. Is there anyone local who can check it out ?

Do it, my only real interest is to fritzel it away and prevent it being scrapped.

I know the guy selling this. He's got absolutely mountains of auld shite at that place. Nice chap to deal with and iirc he's got his own truck so would probably deliver it. I suspect the car is fucked, though

I'm highest bidder at the moment, mainly so I can say i've bid on a Rancho! Somehow don't think I'll win it for £5.55

This is now the subject of a thread on the Talbot Simca Fb page, so it's likely an enthusiast will get it.

The bidding is now over £200. Which is close to the maximum level I was prepared to go. I'm out.

Time for the two Rancho owners on here to meet up with some Porsche GT3 owners and compare percentage increase in values.  Naturally the 911 owners will leave feeling very deflated.

This forum just is what it used to be.

Shit the bed, I've made about a 40% return in two months.

Never mind your hedge fund nonsense - Ranchos are the super-hot investment tip for 2016.
