Great number plates - got any?

There's a posh village a few miles away called Gorran. I often see a newish V8 Rangie wearing the plate 60 RAN.

I drive through a village called Usk every day on my commute.  It is almost obligatory for the residents to have some sort of USK plate.  However I noticed a geordie interloper today in his BMW, Y1 USK.

I also collect license plates.

If you squint heavily, this is Grizzly  GRZ733 on my S10 truck, but dyslexia helps.

UK style (not really style, but desperation) for personal plates sucks big time. 

Some read and are OK.

But due to the MILLIONS invested in the “industry” the government and private parties would never allow a system to be run where their very clever ANPR Cameras that steal from millions of us daily with ULEZ and every other fucking tax they can throw up at working people, would perfectly well recognise and read it. 
 

I do wonder how many people consider this.

Met this in a single-track lane near home today. It didn’t seem to enjoy sqeezing into the hedge to get past.  A newish Wrangler with oversize wheels. The 8 tweeked to be like a B and the spacing all wrong…

I saw this yesterday, never quite got the model registration plate thing as the manufacturer helpfully provides a badge with the information if anyone even cared, but each to their own.
