What's the price tag on this?

Is that a leather steering wheel?

How far can it be driven but with three or four 5l bottles of Caledonia Spring on the back seat, k-series style? When I say 'how long can it be driven for', I mean is the leak like the finals drips of urine after a half asleep toilet break at 4am, or like when a cat does one of those weird backwards pisses and it comes out like a jet, or is it really bad like a new LIDL hose pipe union?

£150, INBOX ME M8

You can see it dribbling out of the inlet manifold gasket. I drove it back about 2 miles-ish and it was ok. Driving it back to the Wirral? I'd bang the heater on full to keep the water in as much as poss and stop a couple of times to be certain if I were driving it back.

I keep moving this as it's the perfectly sized GDB and then I think it's daft that is hasn't gone. Offers invited.

Bag of apples from M & S? Red or green, the choice is yours. Might even go to a bag of seedless grapes.

Irrelevant piece of parts bin trivia: this £100 Kak shares at least one component with my neighbour's £60k Range Rover Sport HSE Luxury... The leccy mirror switch is used as the steering adjustment switch in the Rangie....

This is a total bargain. A good one of these is tremendous fun. Love it with the leather etc. Smash a bottle of k seal in

I'd keep the apples, they'll take longer to rot.

wouldn't it be cheaper just to buy it at £150 than buy anything from m&s? The grapes cost about a kidney the last time I went in.

I was trying to bring a bit of class to the thread, do you mind!

I was actually going to buy them from Lidl and repackage. Doh!!!! Foiled again.

On a day such as this, a Ka would, when flipped over, make an excellent BBQ. One of those Levi Roots £3.99 disposable barbecue things has more metal content I suspect.

Endura engines just an updated old xflow. Even an xflow manifold will fit for carbing purposes ;)

Are you sure? I tried to fit a mk2 escort crossflow manifold with a weber 32/36 onto a mk5 escort with a valencia/endura and it wasn't even close.

I want this to drive to Spain to for a job interview I haven't yet heard back from.

It's either this or my MR2 which I may or may not change the cambelt on, which had a sticker on the cover saying "Changed 12/7/1997".

They're a development of the crossflow but absolutely everything is different.

I always get the Valencia, and the Valenta (the original engine out of the Intercity 125) mixed up.

I suspect a Valenta manifold won't fit a Crossflow, and I suspect a Crossflow wouldn't drag 8 coaches up an incline.

It's a development of the Valencia which has nothing in common with the Kent Crossflow.
