vulgalour
Not enough colourful hearses in here yet, so here's a green Cadillac that I always confuse the styling of with the similar vintage Chevrolet Caprice for some reason. Speaking of not-black hearses and Caprices, here's a Holden Caprice based masterpiece! check out the rear doors and the vestigial boot.
purplebargeken
Sis in Germany was in the funeral business and had a Chevy Caprice hearse from the late 80's I think, it was big enough to have 2 coffins side by side. She used it to go shopping on its days off. vulgalour

vulgalour
XM hearse, because for some reason the regular estate isn't big enough. Though this one is more obviously a corpse-bus. dollywobbler and RichardK

panhard65
Here is my current hearse Geoff mk2. He did come with steel wheels and trims but looks better on the alloys. The idiot who registered it buggered up as it is registered as a Quest which were built on Omega chassis. Where as this is a Statesman built on a Senator 3.0 chassis. It is slow and very thirsty but you can get no end of shit in the back which is pretty handy. vulgalour, Asimo, fred and 3 others

panhard65
He was a mk2 Granada and is posted a few pages back when this thread was started a couple of years ago before I bought my current one. I might think of selling if anyone is interested it got through the test again last month which surprised me with my crappy welding skills

anonymous user
This was my Austin 2200 Hearse, bought with a knackered engine which was replaced with the engine and box from a Wolseley Six. It ended up being cut down into a pick-up after I sold it 11001010, Asimo, fred and 1 other

D Spares & Tyres
My mother in laws funeral was last week. I can't remember what the hearse was which is unlike me but the mourning car was a stretched Omega with 6 doors, the middle two of which were rusty at the bottom. Also the manual window winder fell off... BorniteIdentity
UltraWomble
And Spain a 1.2 be-wheeltrimmed Seat Malaga. How utterly fucking miserable must your life have to have been to end your days being carted to the crem in the back of that, with all the family following on squeezed into a Fiat Tipo? cort1977
I'd be well happy being put to bed in that.Agree, most hearses look like they have had a big box stuck on the back (obviously) but the lines on that CX just flow.

anonymous user
No I'm sorry that last one is just awful, I'd rather be pushed along in a wheelie bin; which may happen if Plan A (leaving my corpse on the roof for the crows to peck at) is turned down by the Council. cros
