I bet your neighbours loved you.

Did you put cones out like the TV series "bread?"

Awesome fleet! Particularly the commercials. What's on the back of the Transit diesel? Looks like a small tanker or something?

I'd hazard a guess it was a tank full of thispost-17414-0-19744700-1423414492_thumb.jpg

I'm more intrigued by the Landcrab on Cosmics, Ive never seen one on alloys, apart from Minilites.

Yes 'Esso Blue' in the tanker and 'Pink Paraffin in the van,1000 litres in each. The D800 was used in the summer.

If you hadn't told us the date I would have gone for early 70s with surrounding period architecture!

Do any of them still exist?

My Avatar picture (is that right?) does still exist.

Yes,Cosmic alloys on my Mk 3 1800 automatic, bought from the then local copper. A lovely motor, that was my third and last 1800. No other pictures of it though.

Love pics like these! That Austin a40 did well to still be around, but it wasn't around for much longer- DVLA has the tax lapsing in April '83. Those transits are brilliant.

Got any more fleet shots?

Love the big houses in the background. I want a house that looks like that.

^^ That'd easily be made into two houses nowadays!

They look like upside down houses.

Yes,upside down houses,i think most houses on the estate were similar.

Pink Paraffin! Haven't seen that for years.

Nice fleet!
