Gosh. Takes me back to learning to drive. I've never driven a Corsa of this vintage since. Can't go wrong for that sort of money either. Shame Londinium is so far away. And that I'm skint. Could do with a cheap runaround while the 2CV is (hopefully) being fettled next year. She hates PAS.

I could get the train down and deliver?

It actually saddens me seeing this fine piece of automotive class just sitting there unsold whilst I have no money.

My first Corsa was a c14 nz and it took ages to start until I bought new ht leads. Good to see this doesn't have a crank sensor!

Ditto- My BSM Corsa B was the last one I drove. Despite my (and untold hundreds) hack handed gear crunching and general abuse 17 years on R617CKV still lives according to the DVLA!

Brookjm, the reason your car survives is that these are the most indestructible cars ever built.  I'd buy it if I didn't have too many cars and all that. Looks good, hope you get a good sale.  They are good little cars if you can live with the handling :)

I like Corsas.

I could do with this for teaching my kids how to drive.

Alas, no one will buy my Acclaim, so I'm out on the grounds I already have 3 cars squished into 2 spaces.

And yet I have the money, but don't want a Vauxhall Corsa.

Have a free 'bump' to the top. It's just to try and make sure someone buys this before I feel obliged to.

Thanks Billy. I'm going to have another proper go at trying to sell this in the New Year. In the meantime, I'll be taking it to my lock up later so I can free up garage space at home for the 220.

And you're absolutely nowhere near Twickenham or Kingston-on-Thames, are you?

A Corsa Mk 1 got abandoned along the road from me early this week or maybe last weekend. Went past today and predictably itd beeen vandalised, windows smashed, panels kicked in etc. Wouldn't bother me but all the contents including kids toys & blankets & whatnot are now all strewn all over the layby. What a bastards trick.

I'm about 12-15 miles away on the other, cheaper, side of London. You got family over there or sommat?

Cavsaviour if you buy this I have a set of original Corsa wheel covers you can have which came from my Vegas.

They're all from London originally! My sister and her family are in Twickenham and my parents are in Kingston, the rest of us are spread all over the shop.

Let me know when Cavcraft (Southern Division) would like to collect it then....!

The right* way to do this is to put the new battery on the car you're keeping and the one from that onto the one you're selling.

Aah, the old 'sales battery' trick!

Have you managed to open the fuel flap yet?

Yep, it was the cap I was struggling with. I got annoyed and whacked it with a mallet which did the trick. Easy fix!

It was on vapours again so I've put in another four litres. Price is now £184.36p...

Just want the fugger gone now.

It is still tempting, but a £184 car swiftly increases in cost when I factor the logistics and insurance admin fee in. Which is very annoying indeed and entirely not your problem. Other than still not having a sale...

I've gone through all the things I need to go through and I have determined that I shall be buying this car.  Rob, you will have PM in a few seconds.
