I usually search first to see if it is already posted, but did not today. I see I liked it when posted only 47 days ago, oh well looks like I'll have to blame old age creeping now I'm in my 7th decade.

Some times I see something and think that looks familiar and it is not. I had thought that I had seen this one, but surprised myself when it was I who had posted it. I too am forgetful.

Diesel Marinas are not unknown to us but did you know that there was a production line in Portugal producing both saloons and pick-ups from CKD kits?

They also did the Ital, but kept the Marina name

Also the Mini Estates built in Portugal had a single rear lift up door.

I've heard of the VW Fox, but did not know that the original Audi 80 was marketed as the Fox in the US

Anyone seen an Ora Funky Cat? Saw one on the M25 yesterday. Had to look it up. Chinese, of course, a Great Wall Motor and supposed to be a luxury* electric car. Couldn't get a pic. Driving and stuff.

I saw one in Germany a month or so back but if you dare to look in the modem section you might find that someone has bought one…

From South Africa, the BMW 2004

Quite an oddity, a pretty major facelift of the 2000SA, which was (apart from the engine) a barely changed Glas 1700.  The 2004 was only in production for a year in 1973-4.

Followed this through Bristol the other day, assumed it was a G-Wagen until I saw the Peugeot badge on the back.

Peugeot P4, a G-Wagen with an engine from a 504 built by Panhard for the French military.

Not that I would ever want to see another.  They just get bigger and uglier all the time.

Bring back the Triumph Herald.

I have a Solido model of one of them somewhere. I think it was bought in France while on holiday as a kid. I was even a shiter back then!

Volvo GTZ 164 by Zagato. It's like the front of an ISO Lele has been hastily welded to the back of a Renault 15.

Available to buy from Citroen for motorhome conversion companies etc

thats funky! I presume they are not actually meant to be driven like that, but just bolted together for rolling on and off lorries/ships etc?  (I mean for starters theres no fuel tank in that setup, tho you could wedge something in the gap between em LOL)

I think the fuel tank on these is under the cab floor. So if that's true, these are probably drivable.
