Plus also please note a Sherlock deer stalker type hat perched on the front seat. Is there also a pipe holder? CLASS

Wait till you see the Lonsdale Poirot...

Spotted today in a traffic jam near Stuttgart, a new one on me, a Lada Vesta. Looks reasonable from a distance, looks totally crap up close.

I did not know that there was a Pug 505 coupe concept. If they had built it, I might have transferred my ovlov 780 lust on to this objet de désir...

There was a convertible concept as well, wow.

You’re wasting your time with that Lonsdale.

You either want to get a Ford Sierra Jack Frost (first year had dangly mirrors) or, my choice, a Moskvitch Aleko Jessica Fletcher.

I'm sure that these were for auction a few years ago at Classic LeMans.

Stunning, want. Think it made it into production though, maybe not a big seller.

No not that Imp. Note it's cooled by a very 50's 'turbine blower' (no it's not just a fan) and also note it's 'adequate brakes'. The third paragraph sounds a bit sarcastic to me, almost as if the designer and president isn't to be believed.

More info here - https://www.undiscoveredclassics.com/forgotten-fiberglass/presenting-the-imp-lost-fiberglass-car-from-the-1940s/ this website could provide enough material to fill several pages of this thread,

They weren't that confident about it with the 30day / 1,000 mile guarantee!

Going by the driving I see in American dash cam videos, that must be a scary place to be

Russia seems that way from the amount of dashcam clips on You Tube from there.

1974 Delta 6, can't find any info on this:

Presumably a side-project from members of short-lived but superb postpunk band Delta 5?

Was I the only person hoping to see a 6 wheeler when the name popped up?

Google seems blissfully unaware of it. Maybe a one-off?

Jesus, those dash cam compilations make me so agitated! I'm not sure how people can watch those on a regular basis, I can feel a panic attack coming on after a minute or so.

I'm subbed to the channel in @Remspoor 's post. The camera car drivers in some of the clips don' t actually help some situations when another motorist screws up as the often drive right into the danger zone.

Yeah I actually just watched about 10 in a row and the overall effect is more calming than I thought, mainly because of all the different regional accents shouting FOOOKIN CUUUNT over the top of the footage

They're a little bit of joy my wife and I share, laughing at all the different ways people curse shit drivers. The odd 'BELLEND' or 'DICKHEAD' thrown in for good measure. Think there was a 'COCKWOMBLE' once.

veering totally off-topic but I ended up watching about about two hours' worth last night and got quite into it. The best one was a Scottish man who got accosted by a stuck-up woman in a car park for 'stealing his space' and he responded by saying 'hey, you need a shave! You've got a wee beard!' which really made me giggle

I love dash cam videos, I think watching them and having my own dash cam has made me much more aware of the stupid shit other people do, and helped me pre-empt it.

My favourite insult so far is "douche-canoe" on a US one.

Russian and Australian motorists seem to have a similar disregard for the right of way of other road users. The trucks especially in those countries are genuinely terrifyingly badly driven.
