I've just seen this on Volvo forum, never seen one in real life or even heard of it. Honda S660, looks like a cross between an S600 & an FN2R, I rather like it!

Said it made 90bhp...

Are there any of these even left in Oz, waiting to unearthed from the back of a shearing shed?

Plenty of Mitsubishi Sigmas left in Australia, Lonsdale badges ones on the other hand were UK market only. That being said, I believe there is one in the Birdwood National Motor Museum who have the Mitsubishi Motors Australia heritage collection (Donated when Mitsubishi shut down its Australian operations).

Razorblades or just untaxed?

Just read about this today. Peugeot 305 4x4!

The  drive system is from the French company Dangel who also converted 504s and 505s.

A suzuki kizashi drove past me... I forget they existed.

And again.

Looks rubbish that doesn't it. The 205 is so neat but that rear side window looks a total lash-up. I could do better myself!

The rear quarter metalwork is reminiscent of the 309, which also used the 205 doors.

I can't decide if I like it.

I love 205s, and they have incorporated the little grey grill element from the 3 door at the base of the window.

Some earlier prototypes were simpler.

But I think they are a bit bland.

I also found a prototype 309 break, which I like. 8080825105_554e22a77a_o.jpg.b64bae7ab87a4385fafc39b118e2ebcc.jpg

Imagine that in gunmetal grey and Gti spec.

Or more likely for us, with a mismatched door, painted steels and belching chip scented smoke out the back.

Apologies if it's already been posted... a 205 estate!

Not sure why, but at a quick glance it reminds me slightly of a Renault Fuego.

I only found out myself recently, can't remember if it was on here or elsewhere.  Quite a clever bit of cost saving design really, the 309 looks a lot bigger than the 205 and yet the doors don't look too small.

What was not cost saving was the warranty claims on leaking boot on the mk1 309 due to bonding the metal sill onto the frameless glass, argument was Porsche can do it.

No, neither did I. But now I do I don't think I'll forget. That's the sort of useless information that sticks in my mind whilst the stuff I actually need just falls straight back out again.

I've got UK market brochures for the Marina based (but not Marina badged in the UK) vans for 1977 and 1979.  That high roof type isn't shown.

Funnily enough I saw one today in Brighton and I'm not sure if I put it in this thread a couple of years ago when I saw one at Ardingly antiques fair. Anyway I think they look great in a strange way!
