FSOMG should have bought a lada

I would say Caro, but the back looks too long ... Whatever it is, it looks like you're not scared of a challenge.

Brilliant! Where did you find it?

Brilliant! Where did you find it?

Same place as those other FSO enthusiasts bought that Polonez....

They also have 3 of these...

Top marks!  For your next trick I'll expect to see you turning those logs back into a road-legal tree.

Don't let RMX see that load bed, by the way, or he'll be mugging you for it for the Shifterossa.

I bet one of those Caros could offer a donor panel for the Shifterossa resto.

Excellent find, I look forward to seeing how you proceed.  I'm surprised it is so unrotten.

Aparently the Caro's run Peugeot engines and have an adapter which means they could be fitted to Lada's etc. An xud in the pickup would be ace.

How much where they wanting for the Riva, what sort of state is it in and where is it?

The bonnet needs some work...

Looks like the fucking windscreen needs some work too.

I thought it looked familiar, just been made redundant though so probably not a wise purchase right now, maybe later if it's still there.

hands off that lada has my name on it. As soon as i sell the carlton i'll be going back for it.

Epic! Are these essentially the same as the Fiat 125 cargo?

I can get a windscreen from another car no problem so that's the least of my concern.

Ace! I recall only ever seeing these in red, white or blue.

Quite a collection of FSOs on this site now.

Whats the story with the yellow estate? is it totally knackered?

Your insane! Top work!

Given how long it's been off the road and where it's been sitting in the open in grass and dirt it looks really pretty solid.

The Lada looks good too, I quite fancy one myself at some point!

Local to Ayrshire reg too. It doesn't still have the original supplying dealer name on the plate does it? Be interested to know who ran the FSO franchise there.

Looking forward to seeing all the shit removed and it given a good cleanup. How did all these cars come to end up here and sit so long with nothing done to them?

Whats this about fitting an XUD into a Riva ?

Top purchase !

Do keep us updated.

The guy I'm getting the FSO from was saying he thinks the Caro's have some kind of adapter to run peugeot engines. He thinks you'd be able to use them to run peugeot engines in Ladas, Fiats, FSO's etc.
