Staff at Poundland Maidstone must think I'm some odd ball, walking in every other day at lunchtime sticking my head in a bin full of toy cars and leaving empty handed. Today I made the march in the pouring rain only to be obstructed by a shop 'assistant' loading a neighbouring basket of crap from a large box laden trolley. After giving her 5 minutes, then apologising that I wanted to squeeze in for a look, she promptly moved the trolly approximately 1 inch to the left. Thanks.

 

The pile of Ruski models looked bigger than before, and was topped with at least 2 models I didn't have. A proper long rummage through the selection, whilst smashing my backside on a pile of boxes, revealed 5 models I was without but just 1 of each of these, bar the RAF van of which there were 3. Who's been at it then? Skoda_fan? I picked up the 5 and a spare RAF van for luck and 'cause they is mega cool.

All of these can be had for £1 + postage. They had several of the big-ass yellow bus thing, and a few of the grey vans and the silver Ladas too, if there's a mad rush of interest.

Barrow Poundland has found some more stock, so this morning I picked up one of those green-striped security-type vans as shown above, one Volga ambulance and one orange Izh van.  All available at a quid each plus postage if anyone wants; or if you have the yellow bus we can do a swopsie.  The three I picked up today could probably go in one parcel if one person wanted them all; they're not heavy.
