Classified ad price: £2,950.00

"Her name is Rio and she dances on the sand"

I remember the advert with fondness. My aunt had one of those, the build quality was laughable next to my 7 years older Mk2 Golf. I fact, you could almost park a Mini in the panel gaps.

No great surprise he still has that. It's been mentioned on here before I think, a few months ago at least. I just can't see that going anywhere at that sort of money tbh.

That's serious money!

I bought a white Escort with a twin cam engine from CAVCRAFT and not only was it 25 years newer but I also got a fivers change from a grand as well! Thank you once again CAVCRAFT! You were right! It WILL be worth a fortune in a few years time!

A nice Dodge Charger, if maybe a bit of a 'marmite' colour.

£106,630.00

Any why with the £630? Why not £106,000 or £107,000? Not really an issue, as even with it being a rare one, I cant see it being worth that much more then an normal one? Or have i got the american muscle cars market all wrong?

It's in the states, so will be the conversion rate from $ to £

Or it's to pay a part of the Ebay selling fees.....Ewankers more like

Unfortunately that's not an outrageous price for one of those. It's a numbers matching low mileage unrestored 426 Hemi Charger R/T, one of the most desirable cars ever made in America. It would be even more if it was a '68!

All 'muscle car' prices have gone insane in the last few years, and genuine numbers matching cars like that will always be silly money

Jeepers, lots of the stuff the seller has listed is often seen cheap at autojumbles. There's usually a fella at Cholmondeley Castle car show with Mk1/2 Transit wheel arches, along with various OSF bonnets/wings/repair sections and they're mostly about £20-£30.

Rover Vitesse Twin Plenum partly rebuilt into brand new shell. This car was stripped and built up into an unused shell a few years ago and never completed.

It has no engine or gearbox...

The reserve is set at £2000 which is very realistic as the TP bits are worth around £600 on their own.

I'd have to take his word for that.

Current bid: £99.00
