I'd rather have ebola than another Mini. Hateful, leaky, rusty pieces of shit.

+1. I liked them when I was a kid but was well and truly cured by owning one. Unreliable, uncomfortable, slow, noisy and grew rust for fun. I'd rather walk which, coincidentally, as a Mini owner I did rather a lot of

Love the fact that the Montego owners neighbours have come out to laugh at him taking pictures of it.

It's about £8k too salty and the bumpers are wrong, but apart from that I reckon if I won the slottery I'd probably buy that.

Soz like but that's actually pretty horrible looking. Stripes, nasty sort of 'M3 lookalike' mirrors and the seemedly council estate 'back to black' bonanza don't look too appealing to the eyes.

Posted

Mirrors and stripes are standard. The "Carlsson turbo" letters pasted on the side passed me by the first time.

Edit: And the bumpers shouldn't be black. It needs quite a lot of sorting, but it's be a lovely base to start with I reckon.

Edit 2: Hang on, those wooden door caps are all wrong too. I might need to take more water with this...

Yes, M3 mirrors are actually SAAB 9000 lookalike mirrors.

That's my issue with it, along with the way-over price.

He's chavved it up whilst not using it

The original Carlsson looked much better, which is what I'm looking for. Providing SWMBO doesn't catch me buying one

This frag fodder Panda, Accident damaged, lots of broken and saggy bits, surely a bargain at £300 start price... WTF

Classified ad price: £2,950.00

"Her name is Rio and she dances on the sand"

I remember the advert with fondness. My aunt had one of those, the build quality was laughable next to my 7 years older Mk2 Golf. I fact, you could almost park a Mini in the panel gaps.

No great surprise he still has that. It's been mentioned on here before I think, a few months ago at least. I just can't see that going anywhere at that sort of money tbh.

That's serious money!

I bought a white Escort with a twin cam engine from CAVCRAFT and not only was it 25 years newer but I also got a fivers change from a grand as well! Thank you once again CAVCRAFT! You were right! It WILL be worth a fortune in a few years time!

A nice Dodge Charger, if maybe a bit of a 'marmite' colour.

£106,630.00

Any why with the £630? Why not £106,000 or £107,000? Not really an issue, as even with it being a rare one, I cant see it being worth that much more then an normal one? Or have i got the american muscle cars market all wrong?

It's in the states, so will be the conversion rate from $ to £
